CARROLL POLICE DEPARTMENT
¯ James R. Tuttle, 30, of Kennedy was charged with two counts of petit larceny. Officers charged Tuttle on Wednesday after an investigation occurred at a Centennial Street residence Sept. 12. Tuttle is accused of stealing a small amount of cash and a debit card from a wallet in the residence he was contracted to perform construction work at. Tuttle used the debit card to withdraw $300 in cash from an ATM, before returning the card back to the residence. He was issued an appearance ticket and is due back in Carroll Town Court at a later date for arraignment.
JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT
¯ Timothy E. Warrior Jr., 35, of Jamestown was charged with second-degree harassment, first-degree criminal contempt and aggravated family offense. Officers responded to Hazzard Street at 9 p.m. on Tuesday for a domestic dispute. An investigation found that Warrior threatened a woman who had an order of protection against him. Warrior was located off scene later and was taken into custody. He was held pending arraignment in Jamestown City Jail.
LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE DEPARTMENT
¯ Brandon L. Quattrone, 35, of Jamestown was charged with petit larceny. Quattrone was taken into custody Monday at 2:46 p.m. following a larceny at Walmart in which he allegedly took $103.86 in merchandise. He was issued appearance tickets to be in Busti Town Court at a later date.
