JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Kristin L. Raymond, 36, of Jamestown was charged with second-degree obstructing governmental administration and resisting arrest. Officers responded at 8:10 p.m. on Saturday to 53 McKinley Ave. where Raymond was known to have several active bench warrants from Jamestown City Court. Officers were given permission to check for Raymond inside the residence, where she allegedly barricaded herself in the bathroom. She was eventually taken into custody and transported to Jamestown City Jail. She was held pending arraignment.

CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

¯ CARROLL — Michael I. Barry, 34, of Russell, Pa., was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Deputies located a vehicle parked on the shoulder of the Frew Run Road at 2:26 a.m. on Sunday. Barry, identified as the driver, was found asleep behind the wheel. He was reportedly found to be impaired by drugs and was taken into custody. During a search, deputies reported finding LSD. Barry was released with appearance tickets to be in Carroll Town Court at a later date to answer the charges.

LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Carey L. Wieczorek, 22, of Union City, Pa., was charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated DWI, failure to stop at a stop sign and failure to keep right. Police were called to a crash at 12:08 a.m. on Sunday on Gleason Road in Lakewood. Officers learned upon arrival that a Mazda sedan was in a ditch with the driver, later identified as Wieczorek, uninjured. Wieczorek was found to be driving while in an intoxicated condition. She was processed and released to appear in Busti Town Court at a later date.

NEW YORK STATE POLICE

¯ RANDOLPH — Jacob Vincent, 27, of Tidioute, Pa., was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana. Vincent was stopped Saturday on Interstate 86 in Randolph for speeding and was later found to be in possession of marijuana. He was issued appearance tickets to be in Randolph Town Court at a later date.
