JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT
¯ Jose Perez, 76, of Jamestown and Robin L. Smith, 45, of Jamestown were charged Thursday with endangering the welfare of a child. At 8:46 a.m. officers along with members of the Jamestown Fire Department responded to a S. Main St. address for a report of an unresponsive female. Officers discovered both Perez and Smith allegedly intoxicated to the point of being unresponsive. A juvenile was inside the apartment without any other supervision. Used syringes lay scattered on the floor. Perez and Smith were transported to UPMC Chautauqua via Alstar Ambulance. Once released from the hospital, the pair were arrested and transported to Jamestown City Jail. They were held without bail.
¯ Noel Hernandez-Diodonet, 45, of Jamestown, was charged with trespassing Friday. According to police, officers responded to 215 Winsor St., for a trespass complaint. Upon arrival, police said, Hernandez-Diodonet was allegedly trespassing at the residence and refused to leave. He was taken into custody at the City Jail, and will be in City Court later.
¯ LAKEWOOD — Dawn M. Duvall, 48, of Mayville, was charged Thursday with second-degree criminal trespass, and second degree aggravated harassment. According to police, at about 8:30 p.m., at the Monticello Trailer Park, Duvall allegedly sent a text message to a woman stating that Duvall would damage the woman’s residence, and then Duvall allegedly entered and remained in the woman’s residence. She will be in Busti Town Court later.
