JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT
¯ David M. Paulson, 37, of Jamestown was charged with two counts of aggravated family offense, criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation, two counts of unlawful imprisonment, fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment. Officers responded to a Howard Street home at 4:22 p.m. on Tuesday for a physical domestic dispute. An investigation found Paulson had forcefully prevented a female from leaving her home. A similar incident had also reportedly taken place earlier in the day where Paulson allegedly choked the female and prevented her from leaving. He was taken into custody and held pending arraignment in Jamestown City Jail.

¯ ELLICOTT — Jeremy Miller, 48, of Bradford, Pa., was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana. Miller was stopped on Interstate 86 on Monday for speeding. While speaking to Miller, troopers reportedly could smell marijuana coming from the car. A search turned up two bags containing 5 grams of marijuana. Millers was issued an appearance ticket to be in Ellicott Town Court at a later date.
¯ KIANTONE — Casey Clark, 38, of Panama was charged with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, possessing a controlled substance in a non-original container, unlawful possession of marijuana and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. Clark was stopped on Riverside Road Tuesday for a traffic violation, and while speaking to him, troopers could smell marijuana coming from the vehicle. A search turned up a smoking device containing marijuana residue and a containing with eight methadone pills and 10 lortabs, both which Clark did not have a prescription for. A check of Clark’s license found that it was suspended six times, one for an alcohol-related offense. Clark was transported to police barracks and released to appear in Kiantone Town Court at a later date.
¯ Nicholas McAdoo, 24, of Jamestown was charged with disorderly conduct. An investigation found that while inside UPMC Chautauqua hospital in Jamestown, McAdoo had attacked staff members and acted belligerent in the presence of hospital patients. McAdoo was taken into custody and removed from the hospital. He was issued appearance tickets to be in Jamestown City Court at a later date.

¯ FORESTVILLE — Catherine A. Tooley, 34, of Forestville was charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. Deputies were called to a home in Forestville after they were alerted to unsafe living conditions for children. An investigation found that two children under 17 years old were living in an unsafe environment. She was issued appearance tickets to be in Hanover Town Court at a later date to answer the charges.
