Two South Dayton Residents Face Drug, Larceny Charges
SOUTH DAYTON — Two South Dayton residents face drug possession, and stolen property charges.
The Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force’s Olean office and Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Dept. Criminal Investigation Bureau have charged Donald Pfaffenbach, 36, and Nicole Ludlow, 27, with two counts each of criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, one count each of criminally using drug paraphernalia and one count each of fourth-degree possession of stolen property. Pfaffenbach also is charged with third-degree burglary and fourth-degree grand larceny.
Officers executed a search warrant at 88 First Ave., South Dayton, where Pfaffenbach and Ludlow live, and report finding stolen property, methamphetamine and prescription medication. An arrest warrant was then issued for the pair.
Pfaffenbach and Ludlow were arraigned in New Albion Town Court. Pfaffenbach was taken to the Cattaraugus County Jail on $100,000 cash bail while Ludlow was taken to the Cattaraugus County Jail on $25,000 cash bail.
