JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Willie C. Graham, 37, of Jamestown was charged with aggravated family offense, first-degree criminal contempt and second-degree obstructing governmental administration. Officers responded to Bowen Street for a warrant check around 10:30 a.m. Tuesday. Police were advised Graham was outside and had multiple warrants and a valid order to stay away from the residence. At the sight of police, Graham fled into the home in an attempt to evade arrest and refused to come out. A perimeter was set up with the assistance of the K-9 Unit and Graham was eventually taken into custody. He was transported to Jamestown City Jail and held for court.

¯ Jason A. Dale, 38, of Jamestown was charged with two counts of second-degree criminal trespassing, aggravated criminal contempt and aggravated family offense. Kayla El Delcamp, 32, of Jamestown was charged with second-degree criminal trespassing. Police attempted to local Dale Wednesday around 10:20 p.m. for outstanding warrants from Jamestown City Court and the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office. Officers attempted contact with those in the apartment but were unable to get anyone to come to the door. The landlord arrived and gave officers permission to enter the apartment. Officers found Dale and Delcamp inside, neither of whom had permission to be in the apartment. Dale was later found to have a valid order to stay away from Delcamp. Both were taken into custody and transported to Jamestown City Jail.

CATTARAUGUS COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

¯ SOUTH VALLEY — Matthew R. Kuzminski, 28, of Irvine, Pa., was charged with criminal mischief, second-degree burglary and third-degree attempted grand larceny. Kuzminsky was taken into custody Monday after a complaint that occurred on West Perimeter Road in South Valley. He was arraigned in South Valley Town Court and released to appear back at a later date.
