CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
¯ DUNKIRK — William H. McCord, 63, of Westfield was charged with driving while intoxicated and DWI per se. On Saturday at 2:20 p.m., deputies and officers with the Dunkirk Police Department investigated a situation at the Crosby Mart on Central Avenue in Dunkirk. McCord was found to be the driving of a vehicle involved in an incident. He was later charged, and is scheduled to appear in Dunkirk City Court at a later date.
¯ HANOVER — Julio C. Deleon, 42, of Dunkirk was charged with DWI, DWI per se and operating with less than two working headlights. Deputies observed a vehicle traveling Saturday at 12:15 a.m. with less than two working headlights in the town of Hanover. Deleon was found to be the driving and later charged. He will answer the charges in Hanover Town Court.
¯ Andrew Pacitti, 18, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, and criminal obstruction of breathing. According to Jamestown Police, at about 7 p.m. on Tuesday, officers responded to an alleged domestic violence incident on Columbia Avenue. Upon arrival, officers located Pacitti and a 17-year-old girl. Upon further investigation, it was determined that Pacitti allegedly obstructed the girl’s breathing. Police said that the 17-year-girl allegedly struck Pacitti with a glass bottle. She was charged with felony second-degree assault. Both are being held in city jail and will be in city court later. The New York State Police assisted with the investigation.
