Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office
¯Sean E. Kelly, 18, of Silver Creek was charged Monday, May 28 with the possession of marijuana. At about 4 p.m. deputies stopped a vehicle on Angell Road in the town of Hanover. The vehicle was occupied by Kelly, and after an investigation with assistance from K9 Drake, Kelly was found to be in possession of numerous bags of marijuana and property consistent with the sale of marijuana. Kelly was charged and released.
¯Chad M. J. Wojda, 27, of Silver Creek was charged Monday, May 28 with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. At about 5:40 p.m. deputies assisted by K9 Drake observed Wojda in a parking lot in Sunset Bay. He was allegedly found to be in possession of a white powdery substance, later identified as cocaine. Wojda was charged and will appear in the Town of Hanover Court.
Jamestown Police Department
¯ Adam Halm, 38, of Falconer was charged Saturday with first-degree reckless endangerment and second-degree assault after he allegedly used his vehicle to strike another subject. He was taken into custody and transported to Jamestown City Jail where currently awaits arraignment.
Lakewood-Busti Police Department
¯ Tanya Binkiwitz, 34, of Jamestown was charged Monday with petit larceny after allegedly attempting to steal $28.88 worth of merchandise from the Lakewood Walmart. She was released and issued an appearance ticket for the Town of Busti Court.
Town of Ellicott Police Department
¯ Darius Franklin, 20, of Jamestown was charged Saturday with unlawful possession of marijuana following a traffic stop. He was issued an appearance ticket for the Town of Ellicott Court.

Drug Task Force
≤ RANDOLPH — Brandon E. Bush, 32, of 102 Hall St., Apt. 2, East Randolph, was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a Class D felony, and criminal use of drug paraphernalia at 4:30 p.m. Thursday.
Police report the Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force executed a search warrant at the apartment and allegedly found Bush in possession of crystal methamphetamine, a scale and packaging material.
More charges are possible once the task force’s investigation is finished. Bush was arraigned in Conewango Town Court and taken to the Cattaraugus County Jail. The Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Dept. road patrol assisted at the scene.
