JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT
¯ Andrea R. Stam, 33, of Jamestown was charged with second-degree criminal trespass at 7:51 p.m. Thursday after officers responded to 17 Catlin Ave. for a reported burglary in progress. Officers spoke with a woman who said she saw Stam inside the residence. Officers then found Stam a short time later near Lafayette and West Second streets, where she was taken into custody without incidet. She was taken to the Jamestown City Jail until she could be arraigned.
¯ Bobby R. Mount, 35, of Jamestown was charged with second-degree obstructing governmental administration, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, reckless driving and several vehicle and traffic tickets after he was pulled over on Prather Avenue near Forest Avenue at 5:44 p.m. April 23. Officers report seeing a vehicle being driven north on Forest Avenue by a man they knew had a suspended driver’s license and tried to pulled the vehicle over on Prather Avenue. Mount then got out of the vehicle and ran into a wooded area south of Prather Avenue. He was found on Forest Avenue near McKinley Avenue, a short distance from where the vehicle stopped and was told by officers to stop. Mount reportedly refused to stop and was caught by officers after a short foot chase. Mount was taken to the Jamestown City Jail until he could be arraigned.
¯ George T. Kestler, 67, of Ashville, was charged with DWI and DWI. Officers responded to an East Fourth Street business around 7:26 p.m. on Friday for a motor vehicle crash. Police said a car driven by Kestler went over a raised embankment and onto the sidewalk. Kestler was found to be driving while intoxicated. He was transported to the Jamestown City Holding Facility.

¯ CHARLOTTE — Bart M. Bartlett, 33, of Prather Avenue, Jamestown, was charged with aggravated family offense, a class E felony, and second-degree aggravated harassment at 3:22 p.m. April 22 after an investigation into an incident that happened Feb. 1. Deputies received a report of a harassment that happened on Route 60 in Charlotte during which Bartlett allegedly threatened a person with physical harm during a phone conversation. A warrant was issued for Bartlett’s arrest. Bartlett was arraigned in Charlotte Town Court and taken to the Chautauqua County Jail.
¯ POMFRET –Adam S. Dibble, 39, of Rochester was charged with DWI, aggravated unlicensed operation, unregistered motor vehicle and DWI per se at 12:45 a.m. April 22 on Porter Avenue, Pomfret. Fredonia police had received a vehicle complaint on Porter Avenue and found the vehicle in Pomfret and called the Sheriff’s Department to assist. Dibble was charged and released with appearance tickets to be in Pomfret Town Court later.

RANDOLPH — Lillian Story, 58, of Randolph was charged with two counts of fourth-degree criminal mischief Thursday. Troopers responded to a Randolph residence for a report of an unwanted person and during their investigation, discovered Story allegedly showed up at the residence uninvited, damaged a garage door and two vehicles. Story was arraigned in Randolph Town Court and will be in court later.
