JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT
¯ Steven Carlson Jr., 41, of Jamestown was charged Monday afternoon with first-degree criminal contempt, second-degree criminal contempt, two counts of aggravated family offense and two counts of second-degree harassment. Jamestown officers responded to 68 W. 10th St. for a domestic incident. An investigation revealed Carlson was on location and in direct violation of two separate stay away order or protections out of the Jamestown City Court. Carlson also allegedly grabbed on of the victims and threw her to the floor and struck a non-protected party. He was transported to the city jail pending arraignment.
¯ Bobby R. Mount, 35, of Jamestown was charged Monday afternoon with second-degree aggravated harassment and third-degree unlicensed operation. Jamestown officers responded to a reported domestic dispute that had occurred at approximately 1 p.m. Officers determined that Mount had threatened the victim over the phone with bodily harm. Mount was located a short distance away operating a vehicle and taken into custody without incident. Mount was transported to Jamestown City Jail and held for arraignment.
¯ Nicholas Dean, 27, of Jamestown was charged Sunday night with second-degree criminal contempt and aggravated family offense. Jamestown officers investigated a disturbance at a Newland Avenue residence. They determined Dean was inside a residence against an order of protection issued by Jamestown City Jail. Dean was taken into custody without incident and was transported to Jamestown City Jail where he was arraigned.
¯ Alberto Narvaez-Aponte Jr., 36, of Jamestown was charged Sunday with trespassing and second-degree obstructing governmental administration. Jamestown police investigated a possible trespass at Rite Aid at 50 S Main St. and interviewed Narvaez-Aponte. Upon seeing the officer, Narvaez-Aponte fled on bicycle but was later located and taken into custody.
¯ Justin A. Conklin, 19, was charged with two counts of second-degree criminal contempt, two counts of aggravated family offense and second-degree unlawful imprisonment. Officers were dispatched at 8:51 p.m. on Tuesday to a residence on Baker and William streets for a domestic incident. When police arrived they reportedly heard a woman yell for help. Inside police found Conklin and the woman. An investigation determined there was a valid order of protection for Conklin to stay away from the woman. He was taken into custody without incident.
¯ Teale L. DiDomenico, 23, of Jamestown was charged with criminally possessing a hypodermic instrument and two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Police responded Wednesday around 5:15 p.m. to the CVS parking lot at 19 S. Main St. for a female reportedly using drugs in a car. DiDomenico was allegedly found with two controlled substances, as well as a hypodermic instrument. DiDomenico was taken into custody and held pending arraignment.
NEW YORK STATE POLICE
¯ STOCKTON — Tommy Hale, 25, of Jamestown was charged with second-degree burglary. Troopers received a complaint of a stolen rifle from a residence in Stockton. An investigation found that Hale allegedly removed the rifle from the residence and sold it to a third party. The rifle was recovered, and Hale was taken into custody. He was arraigned in Stockton Town Court and remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail.
