Pair Charged After Drugs Found During Parole Check
Two Jamestown residents were charged after drugs were discovered during a parole check Thursday, Jamestown police said.
Charged were 45-year-old Dennis L. Penhollow II and 31-year-old Patricia M. Raynor after police helped New York State parole during a visit of the pair’s 302 Allen St. residence. The visit occurred around 8 a.m., Jamestown police said Thursday in a press release.
Raynor was reportedly found in possession of methamphetamine along with drug paraphernalia and several hypodermic syringes. She was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia and criminal possessing a hypodermic syringe.
Penhollow was found with methamphetamine, suboxone and a small amount of marijuana. He was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana.
The pair was taken into custody and held pending arraignment in Jamestown City Court.
