CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

¯ Marleen Hall, 49, of West Sixth Street, Jamestown, was charged Monday with misuse of food stamps, a misdemeanor. The charge stems from a mutli-agency investigation into the misuse of food stamps at Fresh Cut Meats and More in Jamestown alleging Hall misused benefits from Jan. 6, 2015, to March 8, 2017. She will appear in Jamestown City Court at a later date.

¯ Peter Golonka, 39, of Forest Park, Jamestown, was charged Monday with misuse of food stamps, a misdemeanor. The charge stems from a mutli-agency investigation into the misuse of food stamps at Fresh Cut Meats and More in Jamestown alleging Golonka misused benefits from Dec. 1, 2016, to March 31, 2017. He will appear in the City of Jamestown Court at a later date.

¯ Nicole Devlieger, 39, of Bowen Street, Jamestown, was charged Tuesday with misuse of food stamps, a misdemeanor. The charge stems from a mutli-agency investigation into the misuse of food stamps at Fresh Cut Meats and More in Jamestown where Devlieger allegedly misused benefits from Oct. 4, 2016, to March 31, 2017. She will appear in the City of Jamestown Court at a later date.

JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Brandon Jimerson, 33, of Jamestown, was charged Tuesday with second-degree obstruction of governmental administration and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. After responding to the area of Lafayette and West Seventh street, police attempted to speak with Jimerson about the incident when he suddenly fled and refused to stop. Jimerson was taken into custody after a brief foot pursuit. He was found to be in possession of a small quantity of narcotics. He was charged and transported to the city jail and is being held until arraignment.

¯ Anthonie L. Sugden, 21, of Jamestown, was charged Wednesday with second-degree criminal contempt and false personation. At 2:32 a.m. officers on patrol in the 400 block of Winsor Street conducted a traffic stop on a Ford Escape. It was determined during the stop that the back seat passenger, Sugden, had a valid stay away order of protection from the front seat passenger. During the incident, Sugden gave a false name and date of birth to hide the order of protection violation along with being wanted on other domestic related charges out of Jamestown City Court. Sugden was taken into custody and charged before being transported to Jamestown City Jail pending arraignment.

¯ Randall J. Langworthy, 35, of Jamestown, was charged Wednesday with third-degree criminal trespass. Around 1 a.m., officers were dispatched to a Cole Avenue residence for an unwanted male at the residence. Officers arrived on scene and located Langworthy sleeping in a secure garage. Langworthy was taken into custody and charged. he was then transported to Jamestown City Jail where he is being held and awaiting arraignment.
