CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

¯ SHERIDAN — A man was transported to Brooks Memorial Hospital after deputies responded Sunday around 10:15 p.m. to a report of an unresponsive person on Miller Road in the town of Sheridan. Deputies arrived and administered two doses of Naloxone to the man, who later became responsive and stable.

NEW YORK STATE POLICE

¯ GERRY — Richard Sendall, 33, of Gerry, was charged with second-degree criminal contempt. Troopers responded to a residence in Gerry for a report of an order of protection. Upon arrival, troopers observed Sendall with a “protected party.” He was taken into custody and processed at police barracks. He was arraigned in Ellery Town Court and remanded to Chautauqua County Jail.

LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Pat Purpera, 63, of Jamestown was charged Monday with petit larceny after allegedly attempting to leave the Lakewood Walmart with $161.51 worth of unpaid for merchandise. He was issued an appearance ticket to return to Busti Town Court at a later date.

ELLICOTT POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Christine M. Johnson, 32, of Jamestown, Tiara E.D. Coniglio, 23, of Celoron, and Vanessa M. Braun, 36, of Celoron, were all charged with petit larceny. Police said Johnson, Coniglio and Braun all allegedly took items from Tops Markets in Falconer without paying on Feb. 27. All three were taken into custody Friday and are scheduled to appear in Ellicott Town Court at a later date to answer the charge.
