JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Bailey McNallie, 24, of Jamestown, was charged Wednesday with driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated per se .08 percent or more BAC, nontransparent side windows, no or inadequate muffler and for having an uninspected vehicle. McNallie was transported to City Jail following the routine traffic stop and will appear in city court at a later date.

¯ Corey Reichardt, 25, of Jamestown, was charged Tuesday with driving without a seatbelt, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, second-degree criminal impersonation and for having an outstanding city court bench warrant. Reichardt was transported to city jail following the routine traffic stop.

LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ LAKEWOOD — Brittany M. Kolb, 22, of Jamestown, was charged Saturday with petit larceny after it is alleged she stole $3.62 in cosmetics from Wal-Mart. Kolb was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Busti Town Court at a later date.

¯ LAKEWOOD — Richard D. Seaholm, 39, of Jamestown, was charged Wednesday with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon and unlawful possession of marijuana. According to Lakewood-Busti police, Seaholm was observed lighting a marijuana pipe as he was driving past an officer. He was stopped and his vehicle searched, upon which the officer located marijuana and brass knuckles in the vehicle. Seaholm was issued an appearance ticket for the above charges, and is to appear in court at a later date.

CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

¯ CLYMER — Ezra A. McWilliams, 27, of Union City, Pa., was charged Saturday morning with driving while intoxicated, DWI per se, failure to keep right and moving from lane unsafely. At 4:51 a.m., sheriff’s deputies observed a vehicle commit several traffic violations on Main Street in the town of Clymer. Deputies stopped the vehicle and identified the operator as McWilliams. Investigation found that McWilliams was intoxicated while operating the vehicle. McWilliams was arrested, charged, processed and released with citations directing him to appear in Clymer Town Court at a later date.

¯ PORTLAND — Stephen J. Sheldon, 35, of Portland, was charged with second-degree harassment, endangering the welfare of a child and criminal obstruction of breath or blood. On Wednesday, deputies responded to an address on Route 5 in the town of Portland for an altercation. During the investigation it was determined that Sheldon got into a physical altercation with a victim. He was taken into custody and charged before being transported to the Chautauqua County Jail on pre-arraignment bail. Sheldon is to answer the charges in Portland Town Court on a later date.

¯ GERRY — Larry H. Crandall, 64, of Sinclairville was charged Wednesday with driving while intoxicated, DWI per se and speeding. At 4:26 p.m., deputies observed a vehicle to be speeding on Gerry Levant Road in the town of Gerry. Deputies stopped the vehicle and identified the operator to be Crandall. Following an investigation deputies arrested and charged Crandall, who will appear in Gerry Town Court at a later date.

CATTARAUGUS COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

¯ Jon Hanigan, 28, of Olean was charged Tuesday with violation of probation. He was held and transported to Little Valley for further proceedings.
