CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
¯MAYVILLE-Angela M. Grekulak, 42, of Mayville was charged with driving while intoxicated, refusing breathe test, failure to keep right and unlicensed operator on Feb. 18. Deputies observed a vehicle committing a traffic infraction on East Chautauqua Street in the village of Mayville. After an investigation, deputies found that Grekulak was operating the vehicle while intoxicated. She was arraigned and released on appearance tickets.
¯HANOVER-Lucas A. Jamison, 25, of Irving was charged with improper head lamps, driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated per se on Feb. 18. Deputies observed a vehicle operating with only one working head lamp. Jamison was identified and upon further investigation was allegedly intoxicated. The subject was arrested and released with appearance tickets.
¯CHAUTAUQUA — Janelle E. Lundgren, 53, of Cincinnati, Ohio was charged with improper headlights, driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated per se on Feb. 18. Deputies observed a vehicle in the town of Chautauqua with only one head lamp. Lundgren was allegedly intoxicated and was taken into custody. The subject was released on appearance tickets.
JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT
¯Tavion L. Turner, 19, of Jamestown was charged with fourth degree criminal mischief, second degree harassment and obstructing governmental administration on Feb. 18. Officers to the West Eight Street address for a report of a person with a weapon. After locating the alleged suspect, a brief foot pursuit ensued and Turner was later taken into custody. Turner is being held until arraignment.
WESTFIELD POLICE DEPARTMENT
¯ Seventeen year-old male of Westfield was charged with petit larceny on Feb. 9 following a lengthy investigation involving a July 13 incident. The subject allegedly stole a cast iron bench from outside a Westfield laundromat. The subject then sold the bench to another individual. The minor was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Village of Westfield Court.
SALAMANCA CITY POLICE DEPARTMENT
¯Phillip T. Rucker, 22, of Gowanda was arrested on two counts of misapplication of property on Feb. 16. The arrest stems from a warrant out of the city of Salamanca Court. Rucker was released with an appearance ticket for a later date.
