JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT
¯ Sabrina M. Flores, 17, of Jamestown, was charged with petit larceny and third-degree burglary. Officers responded at 3:25 p.m. on Tuesday to Rite Aid, 50 S. Main St., for a female shoplifter. Flores was found to have allegedly stole merchandise from the store which she had been barred from. She reportedly ran from the store before officers arrived. She was located a short time later and taken into custody. Flores was transported to Jamestown City Jail and held pending arraignment.
¯ Nicholas Dean, 27, of Jamestown was charged Wednesday morning with second-degree criminal contempt after he failed to obey an order of protection. Police located Dean inside a residence at 217 Newland Ave. Apt. 1 and placed him under arrest. He was transported to Jamestown City Jail without incident.
¯ Kayla E. Delcamp, 31, of Sinclairville, was taken into custody Wednesday on a warrant from the town of Conewango in Warren County, Pa. Officers responded Wednesday around 4:30 p.m. to the South County Office Building probation office for a reported wanted female. Delcamp was taken into custody and transported to Jamestown City Jail without incident. She was held pending arraignment and extradition to Pennsylvania.
CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
¯ POMFRET — Stanley P. Stevens Jr., 52, of Rochester, was charged with DWI, DWI per se and speeding. Deputies stopped a vehicle on Sunday at 2:10 a.m. for speeding on Route 20 in the town of Pomfret. Stevens was allegedly found to be intoxicated. He was taken into custody and released to appear in Pomfret Town Court at a later date.
