CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
¯ JAMESTOWN — Cristi L. Loveless, 39, of Westfield, was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, fourth-degree welfare fraud, first-degree offering a false instrument for filing and misuse of food stamps. Loveless was issued appearance tickets after it was learned between March 2016 to April 30, 2016, she allegedly failed to report income within her household. She reportedly received $1,515 in unentitled benefits. She is scheduled to appear in Jamestown City Court at a later date.
¯ SILVER CREEK — Angela M. Lintz, 41, of Silver Creek, was charged with aggravated DWI (BAC .18 percent or higher), DWI, failure to stop for a school bus and consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle. Deputies stopped Lintz on Thursday around 3:40 p.m. on Burgess Street in Silver Creek for allegedly driving through a stopped school bus. Lintz was found to be driving while intoxicated. Multiple open containers were also discovered in her vehicle. She is scheduled to appear in Silver Creek Village Court at a later date.
¯ HANOVER — Melwin J. Berrios, 20, of Dunkirk, was charged with second-degree robbery. Deputies received notification of a robbery that occurred on Route 5 in the town of Hanover. Berrios was found to have allegedly taken property by force from a victim, while being aided by two other people. Berrios was taken into custody Thursday, arraigned in Hanover Town Court and committed to Chautauqua County Jail on $30,000 cash, $60,000 property bail.
ELLICOTT POLICE DEPARTMENT
Anthony R. Flint Jr., 44, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief and four counts of fourth-degree criminal mischief. Police were dispatched Thursday to a residence in the town of Ellicott for a reported criminal mischief complaint. Flint is scheduled to appear in Ellicott Town Court at a later date.
