CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
¯ HANOVER — A 17-year-old male was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief. Deputies responded around 8 p.m. on Tuesday to a residence on West Spears Road in the town of Hanover for a report of a disorderly person. Deputies learned the male damaged property inside the residence and was taken into custody. He was arraigned in Hanover Town Court and remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail.

¯ ALLEGANY — Damian Greaves, 23 of Allegany, was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, third-degree unlawful fleeing a police officer and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. Troopers attempted to stop Greaves on Interstate 86 on Feb. 3 in the town of Allegany for traveling 90 mph in a 65 mph zone. When attempting to stop him, Greaves allegedly sped up to elude troopers. The pursuit lasted about 4 miles when Greaves was caught in traffic and he was stopped. During an interview, troopers could smell alcohol coming from his breath. Greaves reportedly admitted to being intoxicated, and a breath test registered a blood-alcohol content of .18 percent. He was arraigned in Allegany Town Court and released to appear back in court at a later date.
¯ ALLEGANY — Joshua Robinson, 22 of Olean, was charged with driving while intoxicated and unlawful possession of marijuana. Troopers stopped Robinson Feb. 2 in Allegany after nearly striking a curb and mailbox. An odor of marijuana and alcohol could be smelled coming from the vehicle. During a search, marijuana was discovered. Robinson was later found to have a blood-alcohol content of .14 percent. He is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
¯ ALLEGANY — Stephanie Vesotski, 28, of Allegany, was charged with driving while intoxicated. Troopers stopped Vesotski on Feb. 1 in the town of Allegany for speeding. She was administered field sobriety tests and later provided a breath test that showed her BAC was .13 percent. Vesotski was released to appear in Allegany Town Court at a later date.
LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE DEPARTMENT
¯ Amanda J. Dallas was charged with driving while intoxicated, DWI per se, speed not reasonable and prudent and failure to use designated lane. Officers were dispatched Feb. 3 around 3 a.m. to a motor vehicle crash on Wellman Road in the town of Busti. Police found a black-colored Chevy pickup truck rolled onto its side with Dallas out of the vehicle. She was transported to the Lakewood-Busti Police Department for processing and issued appearance tickets to be in Busti Town Court at a later date to answer the charges.
