Area Police Reports


¯ GERRY — Gordon Kennelley, 58, of Falconer was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana on Sunday after his vehicle was pulled over on Route 60 in Gerry. Troopers report smelling marijuana coming from inside the vehicle. Kennelley was allegedly found in possession of a bag containing two grams of marijuana and a pipe containing marijuana residue. Kennelley will be in Gerry Town Court later.

¯ FREWSBURG — Corey Bryant, 31, of Frewsburg was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment Sunday after troopers responded to a Frewsburg home for a report of a dispute. Investigation revealed Bryant allegedly broke a Nintendo Wii gaming system and struck the victim twice in the head. Bryant was placed taken to the State Police at Jamestown barracks, processed and arraigned in Carroll Town Court. He will be in court later.


¯ SILVER CREEK — Eric Jimerson, 54, of Silver Creek was charged with second-degree criminal trespass at 8 p.m. Sunday. Sheriff’s deputies and New York State Troopers responded to a Silver Creek residence for a report of an unwanted person who had unlawfully entered a residence. Police report Jimerson allegedly remained in a home and refused to leave. The home owner was able to forcefully remove Jimerson without further incident prior to deputies’ arrival. Jimerson was charged and arraigned in Silver Creek Village Court. He was taken to the Chautauqua County Jail and will be in court later.

¯ WESTFIELD — Jade M. Anderson, 27, of Westfield was arrested on a valid arrest warrant from Ripley Town Court at 1:29 a.m. Sunday after Anderson was located by the Westfield Police Department on East Main Street in the Westfield. Deputies took Anderson to Ripley Town Court to be arraigned, and Anderson was taken to the Chautauqua County Jail. Anderson will be in court later.

¯ HANOVER — Wendi E. Locicero, 37, of Cattaraugus was charged with driving while intoxicated, DWI per se and failure to keep right at 2:37 a.m. Sunday on Route 39 in Hanover. Police report pulling a vehicle over for a traffic infraction and found Locicero was allegedly intoxicated. She will be in Hanover Town Court later.

ØCHERRY CREEK — Kalee M. Halladay, 22, of Gerry, was charged Friday with driving while intoxicated, DWI per se and failure to keep right. At 3:26 a.m. deputies stopped a vehicle on Pickup Hill Road in the town of Cherry Creek for an observed traffic infraction. Upon further investigation it was found that Halladay was operating the vehicle in an intoxicated state. She will answer the charges in Cherry Creek Town Court at a later date.
