¯ CHERRY CREEK — Jeremy J. Steves, 37, of Cherry Creek was charged with second-degree harassment at 12:56 a.m. Tuesday on Railroad Avenue, Cherry Creek. According to a police report, Steves allegedly slapped another person in the face. He will be in Cherry Creek Town Court later.
¯ DUNKIRK — Ashley N. Bass, 27, of Buffalo was charged with felony driving while intoxicated (previous conviction within 10 years), DWI per se and inadequate brake lights at 3:14 a.m. Monday on Route 60 in the town of Dunkirk. Deputies pulled Bass’ vehicle over for having inadequate brake lights, with the investigation leading to DWI charges. Bass will be in Dunkirk Town Court later.
¯ FRENCH CREEK — Brett M. Rater, 27, of Sherman was charged with aggravated DWI (blood-alcohol content of .18 percent or more), DWI, parking on pavement, unregistered motor vehicle and switched license plates at 10:52 p.m. Dec. 22. Deputies responded to Ravlin Hill Road in French Creek and found a vehicle parked in the middle off the road. Rater was identified as the driver. He will be in French Creek Town Court later.
¯ FALCONER — Ronald J. Wilson, 32, of Falconer was charged with third-degree criminal mischief after a domestic dispute at 12:25 a.m. Jan. 2. According to a police report, Wilson was disorderly and destroyed property inside a Falconer residence. He was arraigned and taken to the Chautauqua County Jail until a preliminary hearing is held. He will be in Ellicott Town Court later.
¯ Randolph Perkins, 19, of Jamestown was charged with petit larceny at 12:20 p.m. Tuesday on Lakeview Avenue and Van Buren Street. According to a police report, anorth side resident reported that an electric snowblower had been stolen. Perkins was allegedly seen on video stealing the snowblower and was found a short distance away with the snowblower. He will be in Jamestown City Court later.
