LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE DEPARTMENT
¯ Chloe Fries-Issac, 22, of Jamestown was charged with petit larceny. Police said Fries-Issac allegedly stole several items at 9 p.m. on Tuesday at Wal-Mart. Police said she took ladies wear, cosmetics and groceries from the store, totaling $116.35. She was issued appearance tickets to be back in Busti Town Court at a later date.
NEW YORK STATE POLICE
¯ POLAND — Leonard Davis, 42, of Jamestown was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and unlawful possession of marijuana. Davis was stopped on Tuesday on Route 394 in the town of Poland for a traffic violation and his non-driver identification showed two suspensions. While being taken into custody, Davis was found to be in possession of a bag containing 5 grams of marijuana. He was arraigned in Poland Town Court, posted cash bail and released. Davis is scheduled to appear back in court next month to answer the charges.
¯ CASSADAGA — Magalia Gonzales Colon, 20 of Dunkirk was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana. Troopers pulled a vehicle over on Monday on Route 60 in the village of Cassadaga for failing to dim its high beams. Troopers smelled marijuana coming from the vehicle and Colon was allegedly found in possession of a pipe containing marijuana. He was issued appearance tickets to appear in Charlotte Town Court at a later date. The driver was issued a traffic ticket.
ELLICOTT POLICE DEPARTMENT
¯ Robert A. Arguelles, 27, of Celoron was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Officers on Wednesday assisted New York State Parole at a residence in Celoron. Arguelles was allegedly found to be in possession of oxycodone pills illegally. He is scheduled to appear in Ellicott Town Court at a later date to answer the charges.
JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT
¯ JAMESTOWN – Rachel M. Lamb, 49, of Jamestown was charged with second-degree harassment, two counts of endangering welfare of a child. On Sunday, officers responded to domestic incident at the Jamestown address where they spoke to the female victim. Lamb allegedly slapped the female victim while the victim was hold two young children in her arms. Lamb was held and is pending arraignment.
¯ JAMESTOWN — Jacob E. Andrews, 33, of Jamestown, was charged with criminal mischief in the fourth degree. Officers responded to the Jamestown address for a male smashing a screen door. Andrews told officers he smashed the screen door after an argument with his partner. Andrews is being held in Jamestown City Jail where is he is pending arraignment in Jamestown City Court.
¯ JAMESTOWN – Brittany L. Love, 29, of Jamestown was charged with felony driving while intoxicated, felony aggravated driving while intoxicated per se and failure to turn as required. officers conducted a traffic stop after observing a traffic infraction. Love was allegedly operating her vehicle in an intoxicated condition. Love is being held in Jamestown City Jail pending her arraignment.
¯ JAMESTOWN – Jason L.A. Burger, 33, of Jamestown was charged with third degree felony criminal possession of a controlled substance, seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of marijuana. Officers stopped a vehicle for a loud exhaust near Steele Street. Burger was allegedly found to be in possession of 11 suboxone strips, two and a half hydrocodone pills, a quantity of marijuana and a digital scale. Burger is being held in Jamestown City Jail where he is awaiting arraignment.
¯ JAMESTOWN – Kathleen A. Walton, 51, was charged with second degree menacing and third degree assault. Officers responded to a domestic incident in progress at the Jamestown residence. Officers made contact with both parties and found that Walton had assaulted the victim. She was transported to Jamestown City Jail where she is being held until her arraignment.
