¯ Jessica E. Solinger, 29, of Jamestown was charged with third-degree assault after a reported domestic incident at 11:39 p.m. Wednesday. According to a police report, officers heard a woman screaming when they arrived. Solinger allegedly threw a ceramic goose at a man, hitting him in the back of the head and causing minor injury. Solinger was taken to the Jamestown City Jail until she could be arraigned.
¯ Mary C. McNamara, 53, of Jamestown was charged with endangering the welfare of a child at 4 p.m. Thursday after city police officers responded to Hammond Street for a report of a woman making an obscene gesture toward a child. Police learned McNamara allegedly made the obscene gesture while the child was playing outside. She was taken to the Jamestown City Jail until she could be arraigned.

¯ POMFRET — Keith J. Mackowiak, 35, of Fredonia was charged with resisting arrest and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance at 1:13 a.m. Friday after deputies saw Mackowiak in a Pomfret store. Deputies report knowing Mackowiak had an active arrest warrant from Dunkirk City Police. Mackowiak allegedly resisted arrest when deputies tried to take Mackowiak into custody and he was allegedly in possession of a small amount of cocaine. Mackowiak was turned over to the Dunkirk Police Department for the outstanding warrant.
¯ SHERIDAN — Paul R. Alguire, 29, of Silver Creek was charged with driving while intoxicated, failure to dim high beams and refusal of a pre-screen test after he was pulled over on Route 20 in Sheridan at 12:58 a.m. Oct. 1. Deputies report pulling Alguire’s vehicle over after Alguire allegedly didn’t dim his high beams to oncoming traffic. Alguire will be in Sheridan Town Court later.

¯ STOCKTON — Kyle J. Jillian, 22, of Stockton was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, operating a motor vehicle with a .08 percent blood-alcohol content and driving while intoxicated after he was pulled over at 9:15 p.m. Thursday on Bachellor Hill Road near Frisbee Road in Stockton. He was released to a third party and will be in court later.
¯ ARKWRIGHT — Hillarey G. Schultz, 41, of Fredonia was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and having contraband substance in a non-original container at 11:32 a.m. Thursday in Arkwright. She will be in court later.
¯ ELLERY — Jolene M. Brown, 33, of Bemus Point was charged with driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content of .08 percent, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, unsafe tires and operating without an inspection after she was pulled over at 9:17 p.m. Thursday on Bemus-Ellery Road. She will be in court later.
¯ RANDOLPH — Ember E. Fancher, 22, of Fillmore was charged with driving while intoxicated and reckless driving after she was pulled over on Interstate 86 in Randolph. She will be in court later.
