Teenager Charged After Collision With City Van
A Jamestown teenager was charged after colliding with a city van last week.
Fawn R. Constable, 19, was issued several appearance tickets following the collision, which took place Thursday around 9:45 a.m. at the intersection of North Main and Third streets. Constable, driving a red sedan, reportedly entered the intersection and struck the Dog Control van.
A tow truck was called to move the sedan from the intersection. No serious injuries were reported.
Constable was charged with passing a red signal, operating without insurance, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, unlicensed operator and uninspected motor vehicle.
The Jamestown resident was scheduled to appear in Jamestown City Court at a later date to answer the charges.
