¯ MAYVILLE — Jessica G. Cooper, 25, of 56 W. Chautauqua St., Mayville, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child at 10:15 a.m. Wednesday. According to a police report, deputies responded to a report of an infant child walking around outside without any clothes on West Chautauqua Street. Following an investigation it was determined the child allegedly lived at 56 W. Chautauqua St. The mother, Jessica Cooper, was allegedly found sleeping in the home without knowing the child was outside. Cooper will be in Chautauqua Town Court later.

¯ Carlos Pagan, 51, of Jamestown was charged with felony driving while intoxicated on Monday. According to a police report, Pagan was pulled over after allegedly committing a traffic violation at Cross and East Second streets in Jamestown. He reportedly failed several field sobriety tests and provided a blood-alcohol sample of .12 percent af the State Police at Jamestown barracks. Pagan also reportedly has a DWI conviction from 2014. He was arraigned in Charlotte Town Court and taken to the Chautauqua County Jail.
¯ Jose Diaz, 24, of Jamestown was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana on Monday. According to a police report, Diaz was approached by troopers for being parked in the middle of Chandler Street in Jamestown. While speaking to Diaz, troopers allegedly smelled marijuana coming from inside the vehicle, searched the vehicle and allegedly found marijuana in a cigarillo wrap. Diaz will be in Jamestown City Court later.
¯ William Constable, 67, of Frewsburg was charged with DWI on Monday after he was pulled over on Harrington Road, Frewsburg, for a traffic infraction. Police report Constable allegedly failed several field sobriety tests and provided a breath sample with a .08 percent blood-alcohol content. Constable will be in Carroll Town Court later.
¯ Tage Akins, 20, of Frewsburg was charged Sunday with aggravated DWI and reckless driving after troopers responded to a reported car accident at Frew Run and Bain roads, Frewsburg. Akins allegedly was intentionally peeling out in a pull-off area and when he entered the roadway, lost control of his vehicle, subsequently causing an accident. Akins was charged after reportedly failing several field sobriety tests and allegedly provided a blood-alcohol conrent of .18 percent at the State Police barracks in Jamestown. Akins will be in Carroll Town Court later.
¯ Tonya Spallino, 39, of Kennedy was charged with DWI and reckless driving Sunday after troopers responded to Hartson Road and Route 62 in Kennedy for a reported accident. Upon arrival, troopers reportedly saw Spallino and her vehicle in a ravine. Spallino was extracted by the Kennedy Fire Department and taken to WCA Hospital for minor injuries. An uninvolved witness told troopers Spallino was reportedly driving in the middle of the road and struck a guardrail just prior to leaving the road. After being released from WCA, Spallino was processed at the State Police at Jamestown barracks and will be in Poland Town Court later.
¯ Luis Garciaponce, 21, of Jamestown was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana Sunday after he was pulled over on Route 60. While speaking to Garciaponce, troopers allegedly smelled marijuana coming from inside the vehicle, searched the vehicle and reportedly found bag containing marijuana. Garciaponce will be in Gerry Town Court later.
¯ Luis Alfonso Jr., 26, of 47 Hedges Ave., Jamestown, was charged with petit larceny and fourth-degree criminal mischief and Devin M. Houghwot, 29, of 238 S. Main St., Jamestown, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief after Lakewood-Busti police responded to a reported crime in progress at 4:04 a.m. Tuesday at Wal-Mart, Lakewood. Police report the two were allegedly tearing open product in the store. They will be in Busti Town Court later.
