Stockton Women Charged After Fight With Crowbar, Sawzall

STOCKTON — A vicious fight involving a crow bar and a sawzall landed a Stockton woman in jail and another facing charges Sunday.

According to the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office, Victoria L. Miller, 19, and Karen L. Miller, 23, got into a physical altercation at a West Railroad Avenue residence in Stockton around 5 p.m.

It is alleged that Karen Miller pushed and hit Victoria Miller in the face, causing red marks. Police said Victoria Miller grabbed a sawzall and started swinging it at Karen Miller, scratching her legs and wrist. She then allegedly grabbed a metal crow bar and hit Karen Miller in the arm.

Victoria Miller was charged with third-degree assault and remanded to Chautauqua County Jail with bail. Karen Miller was charged with second-degree harassment and scheduled to appear in Stockton Court at a later date.
