¯Heather M. Keith, 29, of Lakewood was charged Sunday with fugitive from justice, unlicensed operation and improper turn. At 5:41 a.m., police pulled over Keith in the area of West Sixth and Monroe streets because she was reportedly wanted out of Dauphin County, Pa. She was taken to city jail pending arraignment. She is being supervised on probation/parole out of Pa.

¯Warren E. Dinkins of Jamestown was charged Saturday with first-degree criminal contempt and aggravated Family Offense. At 12:14 p.m., police responded to 60 W. 10th St. for a reported disorderly person. It is alleged that Dinkins was violating an order of protection. He was taken to city jail.

¯Toni L. Schnars, 25, of Jamestown was charged Thursday with first-degree criminal contempt and aggravated Family Offense. At 2:25 p.m., police responded to 815 Newland Ave. Apt. No. 2 for a reported domestic dispute. Upon arrival, police spoke with a male victim who alleged his wife, Schnars, was in his apartment despite having an order of protection to stay away from him. Schnars reportedly left the apartment before police arrived, but was later tracked down to a Crown Street address. She was taken to city jail.

¯GERRY–Esquilin Neftaly, 42, of Dunkirk was charged Sunday with driving while intoxicated, DWI with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or more and speed in zone. At 2:07 a.m., deputies pulled over Neftaly on Route 60 in Gerry for an alleged speed violation. He was allegedly intoxicated. He was scheduled to appear in Gerry Court at a later date.

¯BROCTON–Paul C. Cannon, 55, of Dunkirk was charged Saturday with obstructed view and unlawful possession of marijuana. At 6:48 p.m., deputies pulled over Cannon on East Main Street in Brocton for a traffic violation. It is alleged that Cannon had a small quantity of marijuana. He was scheduled to appear in Brocton Court at a later date.

¯SHERMAN–Christopher R. Wassink, 26, of Fort Hunter was charged Saturday with DWI, DWI per se, failure to signal turn and moving from lane unsafely. At 2:13 a.m., deputies pulled over Wassink on East Street in Sherman for multiple traffic violations. It is alleged that Wassking was intoxicated. He was scheduled to appear in Sherman Court at a later date.

¯ELLICOTT–Richard D. Bruce, 55, of West Ellicott was charged Friday with DWI, DWI per se and failure to signal turn. At 11:13 p.m., deputies pulled over Bruce on Leslie Avenue in Ellicott for a traffic violation. It is alleged that Bruce was intoxicated. He was scheduled to appear in Ellicott Court at a later date.

¯NORTH HARMONY–Kevin L. Newby, 46, of Sherman was charged on March 6 with second-degree obstructing governmental administration, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, using a police scanner in a vehicle, speed in zone, improper plates, unregistered motor vehicle and no insurance. At 12:15 p.m., deputies attempted to stop a speeding vehicle on Panama-Stedman Road in North Harmony. The driver, Newby, allegedly failed to comply and fled from the scene on foot into the woods. It was determined that Newby’s driving privileges were allegedly revoked for prior alcohol-related offenses. An arrest was issued and Newby was picked up at his residence on March 10. He was arraigned in North Harmony Court and remanded to the county jail.

SHERIFF’S OFFICE

¯OLEAN–Cortney Wilber, 22, of Olean was charged Friday with fourth-degree grand larceny and fourth-degree welfare fraud. At 9:42 a.m., Wilber was issued a ticket for allegedly failing to report to the Department of Social Services that she left the county in September and October of 2016. She is accused of receiving $1,316 in cash assistance fraudulently during that time period. She was scheduled to appear in Olean Court later.

¯OLEAN–Kimberly Wilber, 53, of Olean was charged Friday with two counts of first-degree offering a false instrument for filing, petit larceny and fifth-degree welfare fraud. At 9:30 a.m., Wilber was issued a ticket for allegedly failing to report settlement money to the Department of Social Services. She is accused of receiving $1,000 in cash assistance fraudulent in 2009. She was scheduled to appear in Olean Court at a later date.
