Jamestown Man Among Three Charged For Manufacturing Meth

WARREN, Pa. — A Jamestown man was among three charged with manufacturing, delivery and possession of methamphetamine after investigators with the Warren County Drug Task Force made arrests on Thursday.

Armando Rosario, 34, of 115 Crossman St., Jamestown, faces seven felony charges: two counts of possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver, one count of possession of methamphetamine with intent to manufacture, one count of possession of ammonium nitrate with intent to manufacture methamphetamine, and two counts of criminal use of a communication facility, and two misdemeanor counts of possession of methamphetamine,

According to the affidavit of probable cause, drug task force agents made arrangements to purchase one gram of methamphetamine, a Schedule I controlled substance, from Rosario on Tuesday, Nov. 1. The controlled buy resulted in two baggies that tested positive as crystal methamphetamine, according to the affidavit. Investigators made arrangements for another controlled buy, on Monday, Nov. 14, during which time they were able to again purchase methamphetamine from Rosario.
