City Man Arraigned Today On Sex Offense Charges

A Jamestown man has been taken to the Chautuaqua County Jail after being charged with several alleged sex offenses that happened in 2016.

Timothy J. Perrin, 28, of 24 W. 22nd St., Jamestown, was officially charged on Friday, Sept. 29, with first-degree rape, a Class B felony; third-degree rape, a Class E felony; and two counts of second-degree criminal sexual act, a Class E felony. Chautauqua County Sheriff’s deputies report first being notified of the complaint against Perrin in August 2016 from the Bemus Point area involving a minor.

Perrin was found and taken into custody on Friday. He was arraigned Monday in Chautauqua County Court and taken to the Chautauqua County jail in lieu of $25,000 cash bail or $50,000 property bond.
