Suspect Charged In Connection To Falconer Credit Union Robbery
FALCONER –A Jamestown man has been charged in connection to Monday morning’s robbery of the Greater Chautauqua Federal Credit Union, located at 51 E. Main St. in Falconer.
According to the Jamestown Police Department, Kyle R. Senear, 22, allegedly entered the credit union around 9:30 a.m. and handed the teller a note advising of the robbery. He then fled on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash.
Police said Senear was located in the afternoon at a Jamestown residence. He was charged with second-degree robbery and is awaiting arraignment.
Police said the investigation is continuing. Anyone who may have information on the crime is asked to contact the department’s anonymous tip line at 483-8477 or leave an anonymous tip at the Tips 411 App.
Ellicott police were assisted by the Jamestown Police Department, the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office and K-9 unit as well as the New York State Police.
