At approximately 3:15 p.m., entry was made simultaneously into both rooms with assistance of the Jamestown Police Department SWAT team.

In a room located on the first floor, investigators located Hicks and Thompson with a loaded pistol, a quantity of powder cocaine, ecstasy pills and more than $5,000 in cash.

In a third-floor room, law enforcement officials found Leeper with 46 grams of cocaine and cash.

Hicks and Thompson have been charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance; seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance; and second-degree criminal possession of a weapon.

Leeper is being charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal tampering. Allegedly, Leeper attempted to flush narcotics down the toilet when the SWAT team entered the room.
