Employees Recognized
During Visits, Borrello Lauds County Workers For Service
FALCONER — Chautauqua County Executive George Borello recognized Department of Public Works employees at locations across the Southern Tier Tuesday.
The stops are part of the county’s annual Employee Recognition events that will take place at 25 locations across the county through tomorrow.
During each visit, recipients are recognized for their years of service to Chautauqua County. This year, each employee was rewarded with plastic tumbler cups from the county’s Employee Recognition Committee. Each cup has the county logo pictured on the side.
Numerous employees are also being recognized for reaching milestone years in their employment in 2018. Fourteen members are being recognized for 30 years of service; 35 are being recognized for 20 years of service; 58 are being recognized for 10 years of service; and 46 are being recognized for five years of service.
On Tuesday, Borello met with first and second shift employees at the county facilities shop in Falconer. The county executive also met with the Falconer Department of Public Facilities administration staff.
