Warren Man Found With Meth At Gas Station

KIANTONE — A Warren, Pa., man was remanded to Chautauqua County Jail after sheriff’s deputies allegedly found him in possession of methamphetamine in the parking lot of a gas station earlier this week.

Rocky A. Fiscus, 26, was charged after deputies were alerted Monday by staff at Kwik Fill on Route 60 in the town of Kiantone to a “suspicious person in a vehicle” parked outside the business. Fiscus was discovered in the vehicle when deputies arrived, and following an investigation, was found to be in possession of methamphetamine, suboxone and various forms of drug paraphernalia, the Sheriff’s Office said in a press release.

Fiscus was taken into custody and charged with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and second-degree criminally using drug paraphernalia. He was remanded to the jail in lieu of bail and is scheduled to appear in Kiantone Town Court at a later date to answer the charges.
