Lakewood Man Charged After Throwing Knife At Person
A Lakewood man was charged after reportedly throwing a knife at another person at a village residence earlier this month.
Kody W. Robbins, 20, was issued appearance tickets on charges of second-degree reckless endangerment, resisting arrest, second-degree menacing and second-degree harassment. Robbins was taken into custody around 3 a.m. Thursday at his New York Avenue residence in Lakewood on an arrest warrant.
Officers with the Lakewood-Busti Police Department said Robbins allegedly threw a knife at someone during a domestic dispute that occurred Jan. 19. The Lakewood man is scheduled to appear in Busti Town Court at a later date to answer the charges.
Robbins is also facing charges after reportedly setting off a fire alarm Thursday morning at UPMC Chautauqua WCA. Jamestown police said Robbins broke a door at the Foote Avenue hospital after he became disorderly and refused to leave the property.
After re-entering WCA, Robbins allegedly pulled the fire alarm without an emergency. He was charged with second-degree falsely reporting an incident, a class E felony, as well as third-degree criminal mischief and obstructing governmental administration. He was held for arraignment in Jamestown City Court on the latter charges.
