Bringing People Together
The 69th annual St. James Festa di San Giacomo kicked off with gusto on Saturday morning with music, dancing, cannoli, carduni sandwiches and other Italian specialties. What once was a two-day festival was jam-packed into one fun-filled day of sharing good food and fellowship with the community. The festival began as a way to build community and continued on over the years, drawing crowds from all over the area. Pictured are festival goers and dancers performing a traditional Italian dance during the festival.
