(2:10 PM) City Man Jailed After Fentanyl, Cash Found During Warrant Search
A Jamestown man wanted for failure to appear in court for a drug charge was taken into custody after a search turned up a fentanyl-methamphetamine mixure and a large amount of cash.
Officers with the Jamestown Police Department arrested 24-year-old Jesse S. Nahrebeski after serving a bench warrant through Jamestown City Court on Thursday. Nahrebeski was wanted for failure to appear on a driving while ability impaired by drugs charge, JPD said in a press release.
During a search, police found 6 grams of the fentanyl-methamphetamine mixure as well as $11,000 in cash.
The city man was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and was held for arraignment.
