(2:00 PM) Kennedy Man Charged After Taking Heroin Into South County Office Building

A Kennedy man has been charged after allegedly trying to take heroin and a hypodermic needle into the South County Office Building, 110 E. Fourth St., Jamestown.

James A. Brandow, 30, of Kennedy was charged at 12:16 p.m. Friday with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminally possessing a hypodermic instrument and a Family Court arrest warrant.

Brandow was taken to Chautauqua County Family Court to be arraigned and was to be taken to the Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment on the criminal charges.
