Woman Reported Missing From Warren Assisted Living Facility

WARREN, Pa. — A search is underway for an 87-year-old female with severe dementia who is missing after leaving an assisted living facility Sunday evening in Warren, Pa.

City of Warren Police said in a statement posted on Facebook that Elizabeth Blakeslee “has been missing since 6 p.m. (Sunday). Blakeslee has extreme dementia and is deemed to be in danger due to her medical condition and the environmental conditions of today.”

Police describe Blakeslee as an 87-year-old female, 5 feet, 6 inches tall and 180 pounds with white hair.

“She wears glasses and walks with a walking stick,” police said. “She was last seen wearing a black overcoat, black skirt and black shoes.”

Police added that “her destination and direction of travel is unknown.”

Police ask anyone who has seen Blakeslee or who may be aware of her location to call the City of Warren Police department at 814-723-2700, 911 or their local police department.
