FORESTVILLE — A Forestville woman was taken into custody on a warrant for manufacturing methamphetamine and disposing of its byproducts, the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office said Tuesday.

Taken into custody last week was 28-year-old Tinesha G. Kenny following an investigation by the Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force. Investigators said Kenny allegedly manufactured methamphetamine at her 46 Pearl St. residence in Forestville then unlawfully disposed of the toxic byproducts and laboratory materials.

Kenny was charged with third-degree unlawful manufacturing of methamphetamine and unlawful disposal of methamphetamine laboratory material. She was arraigned Thursday in Hanover Town Court and released to the Erie County Sheriff’s Office to be arraigned on additional warrants out of Erie County.

The Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force is comprised of investigators from the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office and the Dunkirk Police Department.
