Jamestown firefighters quickly doused a structure fire late Tuesday in the city. The blaze at 208 W. Washington St. was reported after 11 p.m.

Heavy smoke was seen coming from the home shortly before flames became visible in the rear of the structure.

The cause of the fire wasn’t immediately known.
