4:50 PM: Teenage Bicyclist Injured In Collision With Car

A teenage bicyclist was expected to be airlifted to nearby hospital after a collision with a pickup truck Thursday afternoon.

The crash occurred around 4:30 p.m. at the intersection of Winsor and Chandler streets. The bicyclist, identified by Jamestown police as a teenage girl, was quickly taken by ALSTAR EMS to UPMC Chautauqua WCA hospital.

Police said the girl was to be airlifted to another hospital due to injuries sustained in the crash. The injuries were not considered life threatening, police told The Post-Journal.
