Clarification: Unclear Wording

A story in Tuesday’s edition of The Post-Journal implied the state Attorney General’s office instructed the James Prendergast Library to sell art the library held in its collection. The Attorney General instructed the library board to sell the art through a reputable dealer once a decision to sell the collection had been made.
