Rep. Reed Helps Secure Grant For Randolph Region EMS Corporation
WASHINGTON, D.C. — U.S. Rep. Tom Reed recently announced a $59,000 grant to provide the Randolph Region EMS Corporation with a new Road Rescue Ultramedic Ambulance.
“We care about ensuring our first responders have fair access to the resources they need to deliver their vital lifesaving services,” Reed said. “This grant enables the Randolph Regional EMS Corporation to replace an aging ambulance with a newer and more reliable model, ensuring our first responders can keep our community safe.”
The Randolph Regional EMS Corporation serves the Town of Randolph and the surrounding communities, providing emergency medical services for over 2,600 residents.
“We used this grant to obtain a new ambulance that will be used to provide emergency medical services to Randolph and the surrounding areas,” said David Senn, paramedic and president of the Randolph Regional EMS Corporation. “The ambulance will replace one that’s 10 years old. This ambulance will allow us to provide more reliable service to the community, and we appreciate the opportunity to obtain this vehicle through the USDA Community Facilities Grant Program.”
