The Kiwanis Club of Jamestown announced “Terrific Kids” for the month of December.

Gavin Maggio, the son of Heidi and Jeremy Maggio of Jamestown, is in the fifth grade at Persell School. His favorite school subject is math; musical artist, Bruno Mars and TV show, “SWAT.” He enjoys playing baseball, football and soccer and hopes to become a professional baseball player. He is a member of the Ski Club, Band, wrestling and baseball clubs.

Melody Snyder, the daughter of Jackie and Bob Bardo of Jamestown, is in the seventh grade at Jefferson Middle School. Her favorite school subject is math; musical artist, Emenim and TV show, “Law and Order SVU.” She enjoys reading books by Jackie Collins. She is a member of the Boys and Girls Club.

Kailyn Dean, the granddaughter of Debbie and Skip Dean of Jamestown, is in the seventh grade at Washington School, Her favorite school subject is health. She enjoys basketball, listening to Pop music and watching “Bella and the Bulldogs” on television. She is a member of the school chorus.
