Rotary Governor Presents ‘Making A Difference’ Program
Rotary District 7090 Governor Reg Madison, right, was the special presenter during the Oct. 3 Rotary Club of Westfield-Mayville meeting, which was held at The Parkview in Westfield. Some of the highlights of his “Rotary: Making A Difference” program were Rotary International goals, such as to focus on and increase humanitarian service; awards and recognition; the Rotary District 7090 Conference Oct. 27-29 in Niagara-on-the-Lake, Canada; and the RI Convention in Toronto. To honor DG Madison, Westfield-Mayville Foundation Chair Jim Wakeman, pictured at left, and Club President Janese Berkhouse presented him with two club checks as an $1,100 donation to The Rotary Foundation. The 2,250 Rotarians of District 7090 are part of the 1.2 million Rotarians in the world whose motto is “Service Above Self.”
