Jamestown High School graduate Jeff Cotter has been named the new senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary for the Deluxe Corporation of Shoreview, Minn. Lee Schram, Deluxe Corporation chief executive officer, made the announcement in June. Cotter brings more than 20 years of legal experience and a diverse business background. Cotter has earned his juris doctorate from the William Mitchell College of Law and bachelor’s degree from Bethel University. He and his wife, Anne, reside in Minnetonka, Minn., and have four children: Madalyn, Phoebe, Teddy and Lincoln. Cotter is the son of Maynard and Marlene Cotter.
