Chautauqua Physical, Occupational Therapy Now Open
MAYVILLE — Chautauqua Physical and Occupational Therapy Practice is now open inside the Mayville Medical Arts Building, 99 E. Chautauqua St., Mayville.
“Pain and dysfunction are responsible for life taking a turn down the wrong road. Your mood, ability to enjoy your daily activities, mental function, job duties, family responsibilities, and more truly suffer when you are in pain. Using the No Prescription, No Problem Program provides a direct line to get evaluated by the physical therapist and get on the right track to relief,” said Dr. Patrick E. Green, owner
The grand opening event took place in late September with a ribbon cutting and comments by Dr. Robert Berke, County Executive Vince Horrigan and state Assemblyman Andrew Goodell. Tickets for an upscale gift basket were sold and Laurie Lindstrom was the winner. Nearly $500 was generated for hurricane relief.
Hours for the new office are 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday. For more information, call 224-4099 or visit www.chautauquapt.com.
