Rustic Ramblers Performs Saturday

BUSTI — The Busti Gazebo Concert Series will feature The Rustic Ramblers on Saturday from 6:30-8:30 p.m. Ice cream and light food will be available for purchase at The Victorian Hall and Country Convenience Store during each concert. Those attending should bring their own chair and enjoy the country music. The concert series is sponsored by the Busti Hamlet Development Association and Chautauqua Region Community Foundation.

Food Truck To Stop In Ashville

ASHVILLE — The Food Bank of Western New York Mobile Pantry Truck from Buffalo will be at the Ashville United Methodist Church on Tuesday. Open hours are 9:30 a.m. to noon and 3 to 5 p.m. The truck brings fresh produce and some staple items. To receive free food, proof of address from the following ZIP codes is required: Ashville 14710, Bemus Point 14712, Celoron 14720, Lakewood 14750, Niobe 14758, Panama 14767, Stow 14785 and anyone who lives in the town of Busti. Ellicott To Host Rabies Clinic

ELLICOTT — The town of Ellicott will host its annual rabies clinic Thursday, July 26 from 5 to 7 p.m. Dr. Mary Faler will be administering shots at the Ellicott Highway Department Garage at 17 E. Mosher St. in Falconer behind the Falconer High School.

Assembly To Host Science Lecture

LILY DALE — On Friday, July 27, the Lily Dale Assembly will present the “Science of Things Spiritual” Symposium from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. It is a day of scholarly lectures on topics that include: spirit architecture, Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, spiritual healing and transgender spiritualism. Lectures can be purchased individually for $15 or at $75 for the complete day. The international group of speakers include: Joscelyn Goodwin, Leonard George, Charles Emmons, George Hansen, Marjorie Roth, Steve Bass, and Massimo Introvigne. Each will present an hour-long presentation at the Assembly Hall in Lily Dale. A reception at 12 Third St., Lily Dale, will follow the Symposium.

Water Board To Meet Thursday

DUNKIRK — The North Chautauqua County Water District board will meet at 4 p.m. Thursday, July 26, in the Fireside Manor Restaurant, 5377 W. Lake Road, Dunkirk. The public is welcome to attend.

Infinity To Host Child Performer

Whirlybird Music and Arts Festival and Infinity Visual and Performing Arts will host Brandon Bailey Johnson, a 15-year-old singer/songwriter from El Paso Texas, at the Infinity Arts Cafe on Friday, July 27, at 7 p.m. Johnson holds the Guinness World Records Title for “Youngest Professional Music Producer.” He is a multi-instrumentalist with six self-produced albums and is touring to promote his newest album, HEAVEN. The concert is free, family friendly and open to the public. The Infinity Arts Cafe is located at 300 E. Third St., Jamestown.
