Beekeepers’ Assn. To Meet

The Chautauqua County Beekeepers’ Association will meet at 7 p.m. Thursday at the Frank Bratt Ag Center, 3542 Turner Road, Jamestown. The agenda includes officer reports, nomination of officers for 2017 (with elections in March), ordering bees for the season and discussion of spring projects. The public is welcome to attend.

Outdoor Club To Meet Wednesday

On Wednesday, the Allegheny Outdoor Club will hike or ski the Wet Overland Trail in Chautauqua County. Participants should bring skis/ and/or hiking boots as well as a lunch and water and meet at 10 a.m. at the Panama Diner (previously the Rowdy Rooster) in Panama. Board Of Health To Meet Thursday

 

The Chautauqua County Board of Health will meet at 6 p.m. Thursday in the Hall R. Clothier Building, fourth floor conference room, Mayville. For more information, call the county the Public Health Director’s office at 753-4590.

Vendor Show

Set For April 1

The Kiantone Fire Department Auxiliary will be hosting a spring craft/vendor show April 1 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Kiantone fire hall. Anyone interested in reserving a 6- or 8-foot table may email Katy at Kthompson2007@hotmail.com. Tables are reserved on a first come basis.

Valentine’s Day Event Saturday

DEWITTVILLE — The Dewittville-Hartfield United Methodist Church will host a Valentine’s Day celebration from 7-9 p.m. Saturday. There will be pizza and salada, handmade valentines (those attending are asked to bring craft materials), games and conversation. The church is located at the corner of Route 430 and Meadows Road in Dewittville.

Frewsburg BOE To Meet Thursday

 

The Frewsburg Central School Board of Education will hold a special board meeting on Thursday at 6:30 p.m. in the Middle/High School Library. The public is welcome to attend.

Kiwanis Breakfast Set For Sunday

Cassadaga Valley Kiwanis Club’s 35th Annual Pancake Breakfast will be held Sunday at the Cassadaga Fire Hall from 8-11 a.m. This all you can eat breakfast event offers raffle items and a silent auction to raise money for CVCS scholarships.
