MR. AND MRS. KRISTOFF VON HIRSCH

Megan Elizabeth Green and Kristoff Von Hirsch exchanged wedding vows on June 10, 2017, at the Watts Flats United Methodist Church. Pastor Warren Vandewark performed the ceremony. The bride was escorted by her father, Lawrence Green.

The bride is the daughter of Lawrence and Vanessa Green of Ashville, N.Y., and the granddaughter of Harold Cochran Sr. of Bear Lake, Pa., and the late Arlabelle Cochran and Janith Green of Westfield, N.Y., and the late Gordon Green. Her husband is the son of Frank and Sue Ellen Hirsch Jr. of Ashville, N.Y., the grandson of Delores Johnson of Lakewood, N.Y., and the late Vern Johnson and the late Frank and Olive Hirsch, Sr.

The bride wore a champagne colored trumpet wedding gown with beaded lace overlay.

Erin Green and Kirsten Green, sisters of the bride, were maids of honor. Bridesmaids were Lauren Ryan, sister of the groom, Jessica Lord and Melissa Swartz. Flower girls were Deidre Cavness and Margaret Ryan, nieces of the bride and groom.

Best men were Brandon Hirsch, son of the groom and Josh Miller. Groomsmen were Allan Johnson II, cousin of the groom, Eric Rockwood and Kody Klinginsmith.

Master and mistress of ceremonies were Jerry and Merri Anne Kays, cousins of the bride.

The bride is a 2002 graduate of Panama Central School. She earned two bachelor’s degrees in accounting and finance from the State University of New York at Fredonia in 2006. Megan also earned her license to practice as a certified public accountant in the State of New York in 2013. She is employed as the vice president of finance and human resources at Chautauqua Patrons Insurance Company in Jamestown, N.Y. Her husband is a 1998 graduate of Chautauqua Lake Central School. He earned an associates degree from Jamestown Community College and is employed by Cummins Inc. in Lakewood, New York.

They honeymooned in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.

They are living in Ashville, N.Y.
