Lindsey Peterson and Christopher Eklund exchanged wedding vows on Aug. 27, 2016 The Grandview of Ellington. Pastor Adam Rohler of First Covenant Church performed the ceremony. Music was provided by Wendy Marlinski and . Ann Eklund.
The bride is the daughter of David and Marie Peterson of Jamestown, N.Y., and the granddaughter of Sarah Lamantia. Her husband is the son of Darrell and Ann Eklund of Lakewood, N.Y., and the grandson of Pauline Paule.
The bride wore an Ivory lace gown with a sweetheart neckline. It is made of soft net and embroidered flowers. The dress is accentuated with rhinestones, crystal beading and sequins.
Brides attendants were Shawna and Fran Peterson brother and sister-in-law of the bride were the bride’s attendants. Flower girl was Lilia Peterson, niece of the bride.
Attendants for the groom were Mary and Rachel Eklund, sisters of the groom. Ring bearer was Wyatt Peterson , nephew of the bride.
The bride is a graduate of St. Bonaventure University and earned a master’s degree in multi-cultural education from SUNY Geneseo. She is employed at Barnes & Noble, Rochester, N.Y. Her husband is a graduate of Southwestern High School. He is employed as a manager of Jimmy Johns Restaurant in Rochester, N.Y.
They honeymooned inMaine and the New England States.
They are living in Rochester, N.Y.
